5 Steps to Have An Easier Diaper Change
For inexperienced parents, changing diapers can be a daunting task. However, once you master the key steps, it becomes much easier.
Before changing a diaper, you should gather four things: a clean diaper, wipes or towels, warm water, and diaper cream. The following steps can help you in getting an easier diaper change:
Step 1:

Open the dirty diaper and lift your baby's bottom. Wipe away any poop with a clean part of the diaper and fold it underneath.
Step 2:

Use wipes or damp towels to clean your baby's private areas.
Step 3:

For boys, gently clean the penis by pulling back the foreskin. For girls, wipe from front to back.
Step 4:

Pat dry your baby's bottom and apply diaper cream if needed.
Step 5:

Finally, put on a clean diaper, making sure it's snug but not too tight. If the umbilical cord is still attached, keep the diaper below the belly button.
