Payment & Booking: Full payment is required upon booking confirmation. All confirmed bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Cancellation: In the event of cancellation by the participant, no refund will be provided.
Eligibility: Open to children aged 3 to 12 years old. Parental or guardian consent is required for all participants.
Parental Supervision: Parents or guardians are encouraged to remain with their child throughout the workshop, especially for younger participants, and are responsible for ensuring their child follows all instructions and safety guidelines.
Registration & Arrival: Participants are required to arrive at least 30 minutes before their booked session for registration and check-in. Late arrivals may result in reduced participation time and may be rescheduled to the next available session slot, subject to availability.
Workshop Materials: All materials required for the bath bomb-making activity will be provided. Colours, scents, decorations and other materials are subject to availability. The final bath bomb may differ from the displayed sample.
Health & Allergies: Parents/guardians are responsible for informing the organizer of any known allergies, skin sensitivities or other relevant conditions before the workshop. Participants should avoid any material they are known to be allergic or sensitive to.
Health & Safety: Participants must follow all safety instructions provided by the instructors and organizers at all times. Bath bomb ingredients and workshop materials are not for consumption and should not be placed in the mouth or near the eyes.
Product Use: The handmade bath bomb is intended for bath use only. Parents/guardians should supervise children when using the bath bomb at home and discontinue use if any irritation or discomfort occurs.
Take-Home Creation: Each participant will be able to take home their handmade bath bomb after the workshop. The organizer is not responsible for any damage or changes to the bath bomb after it has been handed to the participant.
Organizer Cancellation: If the organizer cancels the workshop, participants will be offered a rescheduled session or a full refund.
Personal Belongings: The organizer will not be responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings brought to the venue.
Photography & Media: By participating in the workshop, parents/guardians consent to photos and/or videos of their child being taken and used by the organizer for promotional and marketing purposes.
Liability: Participants must follow all safety instructions provided by the instructors. The organizer will not be liable for any injury, loss, damage or allergic reaction arising from failure to follow the instructions or safety guidelines. Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring their child complies with the stated rules.
Organizer’s Rights: The organizer reserves the right to refuse or terminate participation, without refund, if any participant or parent/guardian fails to comply with these Terms & Conditions, safety guidelines, or instructions given by the organizer or instructors. The organizer also reserves the right to make the final decision on any matters relating to the workshop or participation.
